Ground meat can only be ground pure lean meat, to remove the skin, fat, tendons, it is best to add some oil in the cup, continuous working time can not exceed 30 seconds, interval of more than 2 minutes, more point moving gear
Soy milk method: Soak more than 8 hours of soy beans, beans with a small measuring cup with the top lid add 2 cups, add 300 to 500ML of water and pour it out and cook it. Or cook the soybeans soaked for more than 8 hours, then warm water, and can be drunk directly
Recommended operation for juicing, dry grinding, soy milk, milkshake: work for about 30/40 seconds, stop for about 2 minutes, and cycle 2 to 3 times
Be sure to pay attention to the working time and component limits, and pay attention to the pause interval in the middle, so as to avoid automatic power failure of the motor
Abnormal overheating of the motor: a slight electric machine will have odor, serious smoke, so that the motor can be used again after 1 hour or so, the odor will disappear for a period of time.
